I have had a couple of landings where one side of propellers powers down while the other side stays on for a second longer causing the drone to fall over. Anyone else have a similar issue?

What procedure are you using to  land your bird? I always land and hold the left stick down in the center, straight down center. Props shut down all at the same time in a couple of seconds. Have never had a tip-over.

Same here.

I was using the return to home and auto landing it.

I've never used auto-land. Whether using the RTH function, free-flying, running a Ground Station (waypoint) or POI flight, I always take control of the craft and land manually.

You landing in windy areas? wonky unbalanced grounds?
Check your IMU sensor values and make sure they are in range.

Yes, I just use left stick down. The only time I've used auto land was when I tested maximum battery use and the app stated critical and auto landed.
