Noisy Video

Hi All

Been flying my new NEO about and the quality of video is really poor, I think there may be something wrong with my unit as I have looked at the posts here and cannot see anything like this noisy video being shared. Video was taken on a bright day with sharpness turned down. So far I cannot find a setting that fixes my issue.

There's quite a bit of magenta and false colors going on in the shadows, which looks like typical high ISO to me. Did you leave an ND filter on the lens? What was the camera setting(shutter speed and iso)?

Looks about right. It's a mid camera with terrible default settings. You can make it slightly less terrible when using goggles (and a bit with RC, but only goggles offer all the settings).

To confirm, did you use the remote controller or phone to control the drone? If you used the remote controller, can you confirm if the video is set to Auto or M mode?

The ISO was locked at 100 sharpening at -2. I was using the controller. I was in PRO mode for the video. I have not seen any other videos shared here or on YOUTUBE that look as bad as mine.

Did you use any kind of filters? Polarizer?

Look like your camera have problem try get support from Dji.
