My NEO did not respond to the controls, become unresponsive after 2 minutes and 43 seconds of flight and got lost in the sea rocks.The flight log is recorded and everything can be verified by DJI.
What should I do? I have DJI Care Refresh but is this a "flyaway" or a drone malfunction?The day was perfect; no wind, bright day annd when NEO become unresposnsive around 2 minutes and 43 seconds it was more than 10 meters above sea level (water) and 24 satellites.
Advice please!

DJI would need to take ownership of DJI Neo having a systemic issue in order for them to accept that it was a malfunction. My guess is that they will push you towards a fly away replacement because this makes it seem like it is your fault instead of Neo having frequently reported issues with going out of control.
