Hello, am Newby.

If I want to use Goggles 3 for my neo, what controller can I use?
I have the RC 2 and the RC-N3.:
- Can I use both?
- Is only one of them suitable: which one?
- Do I need another controllor?
Txs.

Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.

When using the DJI Neo with DJI Goggles 3, either the DJI RC Motion 3 or the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 is required.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have further questions.

Hi there,  you're welcome. Yes, you'll need to have the compatible controller in order to connect your Goggles 3 with your DJI Neo.

Thank you for your understanding and valued support!

Are the goggles and controller available as a package to buy?

Not sure if you are aware that the Goggles3 functions as the tx.  MC3 and FPV RC3 pass their input signal to the Goggles3 which then transmits the input to the Neo.  MC3 is relatively inexpensive.  Lightweight, compact, and a single full charge lasts way longer than the charge in the Goggles3.  Minimum power needs to just transmit the meter or so from it to the Goggles3.  Very intuitive to use. For someone who has never flow with trad stick controller it allows for a relatively inexpensive and easy introduction into immersive flying.  If you have experience with trad. stick controllers you might find the MC3 a bit slow, mellow in response.

Hi there, thank you for your inquiry above. Regrettably, there's no combo available with the Goggles and compatible controller.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

No I did not know that, so I have the goggles3 and RC3 on order and is slated to be delived at the end of the month.  I don't know what to expect as never done FPV flying, except to look at the phone - lol.

Not sure if you are aware. At the DJI store site it notes that the RC2 is compatible with the Neo.

But apparently not with the Avata2.
DJI has me a bit confused.
RC2 spec notes :"Video Transmission System

The next-gen DJI O4 video transmission technology supports 2.4GHz, 5.1GHz, [1] and 5.8GHz frequency bands, providing DJI RC 2 with enhanced anti-interference capabilities. When paired with drones that are compatible with O4, such as DJI Air 3, DJI RC 2 can achieve HD low-latency video transmission within a 20km max range. [2]""

Avata2 is 04

I was in the same position. I had Neo and wanted to buy Goggles. FInally the most cost-efficient solution was to buy Avata 2 combo with 3 batteries. Now i can fly my Neo with Goggles 3 and got extra drone.
Buying Goggles 3 + ANY controller is just not cost-efficient, thats i told my wife when i explained why i have next drone (avata 2). Just combo with avata is slightly more expensive than goggles + controller, but its again not so smart to get avata2 with single battery, so if you add a little more then you have avata 2 combo 2 with 3 batteries as 'most-cost-efficient' exit from this situation.

Probably thats why integra and goggles 2 are not supported by Neo.
