I recently got a backwards vision sensor error on my Avata 2 and was wondering if anyone has had this and if there is a diy fix prior to sending back to DJI?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble caused. Kindly try perform calibration with DJI Assistant 2. If the issue persists, the best course of action would be to submit an online repair request here: {https://repair.dji.com/repair/index}. If you need assistance with creating a ticket, you may contact DJI support at https://www.dji.com/support. We understand that this is not the answer that you look forward to, but this would be the best thing to do in this situation. In addition, warranty service can be claimed depending on the result of the Damage Assessment.

Your kind understanding is appreciated and thank you for your continued support.

I've had the same problem for a few days. Unfortunately, Dji Assistant 2 does not support calibration for Avata 2.

Is there not different versions of Assistant 2? Are you using the correct version? Ask Dji again.

Also on their official site it is stated that Avata2 vision sensor calibration is not supported.
