As long as your take off point is no more than 2000 metres. See spec in screen shot. Weather and wind being suitable at the time.

Not really if you are planning to take it up high. It doesn’t have an ability to handle strong winds and still has some GPS:navigation issues.

DJI Neo is light and compact, and relies heavily on its vision positioning system for stable flight, especially in environments with no or weak GPS signals. Vision positioning is highly dependent on ambient light and ground textures. In low-light conditions or areas with plain and uniform ground textures, the drone may not be able to hover stably. Therefore, we recommend that you shoot using DJI Neo in environments with ample light and distinct ground patterns.

in this case if I take my DJI Mini 4 Pro would be a better choice right, but there is one problem that on the return journey from the French alps I have to make 2 days stop in Abu Dhabi this is what worrying me.

yes what you are saying is correct and I have the DJI Mini 4 Pro which is a better choice but the problem is Abu Dhabi customs as I have to make a 2 days stop over
