Hi.
My new RC-N3 controller for use with the DJI Neo will not work with my mobile OnePlus 8 Pro.
I have tested with a Samsung Tab 8 (USB) and it works fine with the RC-N3.
I have tested with USB debugging and diffrent USB setting on the OnePLus, but no luck.

Any tip on howto make the OnePlus 8 Pro mobile (USB) connect to the RC-N3?

Your device is not Listed as a Supported Mobile Device on DJI Official Website. Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. It is recommended that you download and install the app to test the basic functions, or go to a nearby outlet (if any) for product testing. Thank you for your understanding and support.

This is not an anser to what i am asking? Why does not usb connection between the rc-n3 and the Android OnePlus 8 pro mobile phone work?

Anyone have any  tip?

I have problems with the Mavic 3 and a OnePlus 8 phone, DJI FLY V1.15.8 1075-official. The remote control does not connect to the cell phone, therefore there is no connection with the drone... Do you have a patch available?

I had a problem with connecting my s23 ultra with the RC n3 controller of my NEO, problem was dust in the USB port in the S23 ultra. When I cleaned the USB port with a toothpick, RC n3 connected to S23 ultra immediately.

@DJI Gamora, we have the same issue like many other users, remote control does not connect to the cell phone, therefore there is no connection with the drone.
USB Debugging is enabled in the mobile phone system, and we tried every step as mentioned earlier but with out success.

Are there any solution for fixing connectivity of DJI remote controller RC-N3 RC-151 with One pluse 8 mobile phone ?!

Remote was bought on 15.12.2024, with Neo drone, and ONE Plus 8 PRO is :

Sorry to say but the ONE Plus 8 PRO is not in the "Compatible Models List"
