Dji Avata 2 care refresh question

I crashed my Dji Avata 2 yesterday, which I have covered with the Dji Refresh 2-year plan. The problem is I used a gimbal protector (aluminium) and when trying to remove the screws they got worn and wasn't able to take them out and place them back because the metal is so soft... My question is if i send the drone to Dji, do you think the care refresh plan would cover my drone and if not would you have some suggestions for best options? :/

Rub some mud into it and send it back,  they dont repair the drone just send out new ones.

If you need assistance with creating a ticket, you may contact DJI support at https://www.dji.com/support. We understand that this is not the answer that you look forward to, but this would be the best thing to do in this situation. In addition, warranty service can be claimed depending on the result of the Damage Assessment.

However, kindly take note that damages caused by thrid party accessories can void the warranty. Thank you for your understanding and support!
