So I have a new Avata 2 I just unboxed. Following the connection instructions and trying several times (using a DJI USB-C cable), I've tried both the DJI Fly app (iPhone 15 Pro Max) and the Assistant 2 app on my MacBook Pro. The goggles keep telling me i have to activate everythng but when I connect them my iPhone goes into charge mode (it's 87%). Assistant 2 keeps telling me to connect the device to my MacBook with it's cutsie little USB circle of animation. Yup, I did but get bupkis in return. I'm out of tricks. Anyone happen to have the secret code?Thx

Hi there,

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. DJI Avata 2, DJI Goggles 3 and DJI RC Motion 3 are already linked when purchased together as a combo. In this scenario, you can use them immediately after activation and powering on. Otherwise, follow the instructions below to link them: Connection and Linking

If issue still persist, please send us a video recording of the problem. This will allow us to investigate further and provide you with the most accurate solution based on the specific issue you're encountering. We are looking forward to your response for further assistance. Thank You

Here is a screenshot of what's going on. Inside the Googles 3, it states:
Goggles not activated. Function limited.
Connect goggles to mobile phone and activate devices in DJI Fly

I have re-installed the DJI Fly app on my iPhone 15 ProMax and am using the USB cable that came with the Avata 2. This is where I am stuck. I have also tried Assistant 2 on my MacBook. I was able to upgrade the firmware on the drone itself but Assistant does not recognize the goggles.
