Hello,
Thank you for the reply. I cannot provide a video or audio recording as this issue has only happened once and I have not replicated it. The sound that came through my headphones was a loud high pitched tone. The receiver would not shut off when this happened. The sound was not coming from either transmitter, as I shut them down while this was happening.
Hi there, thank you for the clarification and we truly understand your concern. Currently, we haven't received any reports of similar cases. If the issue occurs again, the best course of action would be to return the device for a complete inspection.

We understand that this is not the answer that you look forward to, but this would be the best thing to do in this situation. In addition, warranty service can be claimed depending on the result of the Damage Assessment.
