Besides the famous not connecting anymore problem - I had a problem with brief (~1-5 s)  blank goggles immediately after start flying - it happens every now and then (roughly every 10 the flight?) and it happened again after the .0500 FW update on the goggles (it never happened with V2 goggles thou.
Is anyone else experienced this or is this specific My problem?

Ive had that once with the Avata 2 and its very off putting.

What logs and how to download them

Hi there, thank you for the response. Kindly follow the steps below to export goggles log:

1. Power on the goggles；
2. Connect the goggles to the PC via a Type-C cable;
3. Open the downloaded DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones series), then enter the main page and click  "Log Export" to export the goggles log.

I had this happen to me once yesterday right after arming the quad.  The telemetry was still being updated, but otherwise, the screen was black.  The video came back right after I disarmed.

The O3AU and Goggles 3 are set to record automatically when I arm. I checked the Goggles 3 and O3 Air Unit for a video, but both had a 0 byte file.

I have a cheap, slow SD card in my Goggles 3 and that might be causing the problem.  I'm going to get a new one and keep testing it.

No, my SD card in the goggles is very fast, and that's not the problem—O3 records fine!

I am having this issue also, black screen after arm/launch but after about 20 seconds image comes back, I also have message about vtx been in low power mode while armed and OSD is working and updating. I suspect it is in low power mode as I get black screen during flight and have limited range. This is on a fixed wing with more that adequate cooling.

had the same black screen for 7 seconds today on my Goggles 3 with the O3 after one minute of flight time. luckily I could manage it to stay in the air during the reconnection of my goggles to the O3

does anyone else have mbps drops from 30/mbps to about 8/mbps for no reason?

This happens for me with both 03 and avata 2 connected to goggles 3 but the duration of how long the screen is black is tied to how fast you are trying to fly after booting. If your arming and flying away right after the goggles 3 have started this can happen. If you wait a couple of minutes after the goggles 3 have booted there can still be a blank or freeze when you arm. This freeze happens always for me, but it's very  short. under a second. I have learned to wait a bit after arming, wait maybe 1 or 2 seconds after you arm before flying.

One time on 03 + goggles 3 on my 5 inch nazgul it was really scary.

Here is the sequence

- switch on taranis controller

- connect lipo to nazgul

- put goggles on face, boot

as soon as I got an image I armed and tried to fly. immediately my screen went completely black and I instantly disarmed because I was very close to the ground.

Have you tried the latest Goggles 3 firmware (v01.00.0600) released recently?  I'm going to try it tomorrow if it's not raining.   Fingers crossed.
