It looks like you were in a very shaded area and it wasn’t too sunny, so the shutter may have dropped a little too low for the stabilisation to work properly. Maybe the iso was a bit low? That would force the shutter to be low. Or in the settings, did you set ‘sport’ mode in the ‘daily scenario part of the pro settings? That encourages the camera to choose a high shutter.
The camera is getting a right old bashing on your bike so there is a lot of stabilisation work necessary and the leaves on the trees are so small that maybe the shutter went just too low to get them properly in focus in order for the stabilisation to clearly see what needs doing. Was it bumping around on your chest? It needs sharp frames in order to work properly and the jolting of the bike is very strong.
Also check that the magnetic mount doesn't rattle when you shake it. Some of the mounts are a tiny bit loose which would cause that. I think some mounts come with a rubber mat to put on top of the mount for some of the to stop that rattling. I have a Ulanzi handle that rattles if I run or walk heavy footed.
