Hi my loves, my friend has an issue with osmo actio pro 5, after 20s recording, the screen becomes darker and darker. Only 1 minute he can not see the screen. He is a youtuber and he asked me. I hope someone can tell me what happen with his osmo action pro 5. Thanks so much my loves
Turn off ‘Never’ in the option to keep screen on and set it to 10 minutes instead.
They all do it and it’s a pain. DJI seem to think that we’re saving our screen from burn in and wearing out by dimming it even in the ‘always on’ mode. Daft!
Thank you for reaching out. Can you confirm what the outcome of the video he recorded was? Was it dark as well when you replayed it? This seems like the screen might have gone into Auto Sleep mode while recording. If the footage is not affected, this is normal. We are looking forward to your response for further assistance. Thank You

the outcome video is still normal. but the screen while recording is dark, it is so hard for his eye. He already sets "the screen never off" and this happened.

yes, your advice is working. thanks so much my love
A possible fix for vlogging or using when recording for long time is to use the bluetooth remote keeping the remote off camera (say in your pocket) and hit one of the buttons to wake up the screen at 100% again.
