Sorry I posted this somewhere else and I will try to delete that other post....

This just began to happen but I cannot get a strong antenna signal and  after I liftoff I get the Remote ID Error message and soon thereafter  the drone loses connection with my RC controller.  I have updated with  the latest firmware to the controller and also checked the updates for  the Air2s.  I even updated my listing with the FAA and added the serial  number.  I also did all the calibrations.  


What should I do next?  Create a service request and do I send both the controller and drone in?

1. Please check the connection method and ensure that the aircraft is within the maximum flight distance of the corresponding mode*(for details, you can refer to the specifications for Air 2S on the official website). Notes: In Wi-Fi connection mode, signal interference can be an issue. We recommend using the remote controller for connection
2. Please refer to the User Manual of Air 2s to ensure that the remote controller and aircraft are in the best positions.
3. Please check whether there are obstructs such as trees or houses near your current flight environment? Please let your Air 2s take off in an environment clear of signal-blocking obstacles.
4. Please check whether there is significant interference in the flight environment. You can go to the app’s image transmission page to check interference.

Of course I have checked all of those.  I have been using this drone for two years without any problems.  It does not matter where I fly, I encounter the same issues.  It flies for 5 minutes, loses connection and then RTH.
