Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Please check the connection method and ensure that the aircraft is within the maximum flight distance of the corresponding mode*(for details, you can refer to the specifications for Air 2S on the official website). Notes: In Wi-Fi connection mode, signal interference can be an issue. We recommend using the remote controller for connection
2. Please refer to the User Manual of Air 2s to ensure that the remote controller and aircraft are in the best positions.
3. Please check whether there are obstructs such as trees or houses near your current flight environment? Please let your Air 2s take off in an environment clear of signal-blocking obstacles.
4. Please check whether there is significant interference in the flight environment. You can go to the app’s image transmission page to check interference.
