Another post to say how disappointed I am with the DJI mimo app. After having everything working in the UK I finally came abroad to start filming and on my first shoot I couldn't connect my osmo action 4 to the DJI app. Nothing has changed other than my location and therefore WiFi connection. It tries to connect then just says device can't be found.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, factory resetting the camera. It's a bit of a joke. Any help from anyone who's experienced this and fixed it would be great. I'm on a pixel 7a which I know people have had problems with, but as I say, it was working fine last week.

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Unfortunately, pixel 7a is not Listed as a Supported Mobile Device on DJI Official Website.  Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. Please try with compatible device as in the official site list here  DJI Mimo.

I get that it might not be supported but it was working last week and then it suddenly stopped. I thought there might be something I could do to go back.
