It's documented that the NEO is not very well Android associated.  DJI chose Apple as it's primary.  Get an N3 controller is all I can recommend.  Or send back the NEO and get a MINI 2SE for the same price as a NEO and controller combo.

Hello
Xiaomi 11T Pro
MUI 11T Pro

Hi there, thank you for the response and we do apologize for the inconveniece caused. Kindly follow the below inrtustcions and see if you're able to download the app to your mobile device:

1. Go to the mobile phone’s “System Settings” and find “Installing an Unknown Application”. Enable the “Allow application installation from this source” switch.
2. Check the mobile phone’s internal storage, and clear its cache. The remaining memory must be greater than 2GB.
3. If there is Google Play installed on this phone, please disable "Google Play Protect"
4. If the “Installing an Unknown Application” setting has been enabled, plz back up the photos and videos. Uninstall the earlier version of the app and then restart the mobile phone. Download and install the app from the DJI official website. For example, when a Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) is being used, the mobile phone needs to allow the built-in browser (such as Chrome or other browser apps) to install an unknown app.
5. If the App cannot be installed from the browser, try to find the APK file in the File Manager for installation. (Alternatively, re-download the installation package, and move it to the device’s internal storage root directly for installation.)
6. Make sure that your phone is connected to network without whitelist limitation, such company/school WLAN, etc which may disallow DJI App installation

Please keep us posted the outcome and thank you for your understanding !

Hi DJI,
I just got a Mini 4K Fly More Combo today 28 Oct. The genius at the store downloaded the DJI Fly app onto my phone and tried to activate it several times to no avail. Since there was just a little over 650mb left and the app total 600mb. I deleted some files to more than 2.5gb available.

Each time there was an error message saying "there's an error in parsing.." (or something to that effect). The genius said I got to get a new phone. Ugh!

My phone has been crying for an update since a few years ago but have never done so because I'm worried it may affect some of the apps I'm using. I only updated once when I got it newly. That was about 5 years ago.

All recent apps I downloaded work fine without any issues except DJI Fly app. I also intend to purchase the Osmo Action4 Adventure combo soon  but now hesitate..

Pls help.

Phone brand Huawei P30 (above mid level phone, I believe)
Phone model ELE-L29
Android ver 9
Build No: 9.1.0.185(636E4R3P2)
