Hi, there
Sorry for the inconvenience, the problem you described does exist in Phantom 4 series with screen remote control.
Currently, the Phantom 4 series with screen remote control, after receiving the mapping, will go through the hard decoding and caching/displaying of the image information transmitted from the aircraft. At this time, due to the fact that the decoding process of the remote control and the display/display/caching process are turned on at the same time, the caching and displaying process is too fast, and it tends to produce empty frames, and the screen will appear a very short period of time, which is often a green screen or a black screen. Previewing the video captured by the aircraft within the remote control also requires hard decoding and display, which also results in a short green or black screen on the first frame.
This situation will have no effect on the original video and original photos saved in the memory card of the actual aircraft, and will not be a problem in mobile devices and computers due to the presence of the soft decoding, which drops the empty frames by way of cropping.
This situation is based on the current hardware camera stream and hard decoding of the excess footage produced by the hardware with screen control hardware, the original display of empty frames.
If you have any abnormalities in the original video or photos in the memory card after shooting, you can contact us.
Thanks for your understanding.

Dear, the Phantom 4 Pro is my first drone, I bought it used from a friend who got it from his wife and didn't use it, (I'm totally new to this business with no experience), as soon as the drone arrived I didn't do that, but the first thing I did In the euphoria I was updating DRONE, AND RADIO, then the problem appeared, I should have downgraded the firmwares (I didn't even know what that was), then after trying to get it right I installed several firmwares that I found along the way, but the most interesting thing is this video made by Ken Heron where he has the same problem, even worse, the entire screen turns green and he can do a DOWNGRADE and fix his drone, the video is 3 minutes long, please watch it.
It recovers firmware 01.04.01.00 and is free of the problem.
I can't do Dongrade, nor can I find this firmware to try to fix the drone, if you could send me my email:- francovellajunior@gmail.com.
Is there a solution to the problem on your part or could I consider it a lost cause, this is my biggest concern about losing money, which for me was very difficult to save to complete my dream of having a PHANTOM 4 PRO FROM THE DJI COMPANY.

Hi Bunner0, sorry to hear that. If the issue still persists, it is suggested to send in the device for a product inspection.
