Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can absolutely adjust camera settings in the DJI Fly App ithout using remote controller for DJI Neo. However, akindly take note that the camera parameters set in the remote controller will not be applied when the drone is controlled by phone Wi-Fi.
