Hi...I've tried it on a Samsung S23, an iPhone 16 and an iPad Mini and it doesn't work...
What I find curious is that the devices connect to the drone's WiFi. I'm attaching images of the error and the connection parameters.

Thank you for providing us with the details. We would like to suggest you a workaround for this issue. Please try the following.
Troubleshooting Steps for iOS Phones:
1. Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions are enabled on the smartphone.
2. Restart the smartphone and the DJI Neo.
3. If you are using the DJI RC-N3 or DJI RC 2, try to link it to the drone, change the drone's Wi-Fi name, and then restart the drone.
4. Make sure the firmware of DJI Neo and the DJI Fly app are the latest.
5. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi. If the device is already connected to DJI Neo's Wi-Fi, tap the exclamation icon and select "Forget This Network".

6. If the issue persists, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings (This will erase all network settings saved.) and try to connect again

Troubleshooting Steps for Android Phones:
1. Make sure Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and location service are enabled on the smartphone.
Note: Some Android phones can set the Wi-Fi permission separately for different apps. Check the Wi-Fi permission setting for DJI Fly on the smartphone, and make sure the permission is enabled.
2. Go to phone's setting -> WLAN -> find DJI NEO Wifi -> long pressed DJI NEO Wifi and click forgot network, after that please reconnect Wifi fortesting
3. Enable “Fixed 2.4 GHz” in the QuickTransfer Band settings by following the path: Enter DJI Fly - Profile - Settings - QuickTransfer Band - Fixed 2.4 GHz. But if APP not has this option, we can skip this step (If this issue can be resolved by this feature, then the smartphone does not 5.8GHz Wi-Fi frequency band.)
4. Restart the smartphone and the DJI Neo.
5. If user have remote controller, please let user connect the aircraft to RC and change Wifi name in DJI Fly App and test again: After changing the Wi-Fi name on the DJI Neo, restart it.
6. Make sure the firmware of DJI Neo and the DJI Fly app are the latest.
Do keep us updated once you have tried the troubleshooting steps. We'll be here to help if you still need assistance. |
