Good Day,

I am using the DJI Matrice 300 RTK with the Zenmuse XT2 camera.

If i try to update the XT2 it does not want to start the update.

Not have find PackFirmware, don't upgrade

This is the update log i get after trying to update the XT2, Can anyone advice me what to do. The version that the XT2 are running is 1.00.00.34

I have tried to use the ZENMUSE_XT2_FW_DEBUG file to force the update but it still gives me

which update method are you using ?

By coping the bin file to a sd card root directory and then i put the sd card into slot 1 and then turning on the drone. But the camera does not make any sound. I left it lie that for 20min but still i get

Well, apart from formatting the SD card and putting back the freshly downloaded BIN file, I have no idea.

One option would be to upgrade from an M210.
I don't remember if you can configure the XT2 from DJI assistant? That might be a solution. Not sure if it's feasible.
What does Pilot 2 display when the camera is plugged in and the drone is turned on?

The camera works fine. I have no problems. It is only the update that is a problem. I am flying with the Matrice 300 RTK. I have tried to do it through dji assistant 2 and could not do anything.

Ah sorry i havn't paid attention to the firmware version in your initial post.
I'm glad to tell you that your fimware is up to date. There are no later release.

The firmware version number is misleading. But if it works with your M300 then its because you have the lastest firmware. earlier release does not support M300.
