Flight Records Not Showing in Flight Record Dashboard

Hello

I have a Matrice 30T and as the title states, I cannot see any flight records, Flight Total Time, Travel Distance, Flight Times, Top Distance/Speed/Altitude in the flight record dashboard.


The flight logs are on the remote and I have downloaded and utilized 3rd party agregators to see my total flight time etc.


I have taken the following steps so far:

Downloaded DJI Assistant 2 (Enterprise) and performed 2 software refreshes on both the drone and remote.
Deleted the various caches under the DJI Pilot Cache Manager
Toggled the sync log option
Windows device manager says I have the latest drivers installed for the remote
I've also connected the drone to the simulator in DJI Assistant 2 at the recommendation of a DJI rep to see if a record would populate but was then told by second level support this would never generate a flight record since it was a simulation.

All these steps have taken place while connected to the internet. Any help anyone could provide would be most appreciated!

Thanks for taking a look and responding! I can and have downloaded the flight logs with no problem. The issue is the remote isn't keeping track of the flight time in the dashboard even though the logs are there.

From what I understand it's normal, this feature is disabled for you, with no way back, except downloading and displaying on a third-party application.
Maybe I didn't understand anything! But what you're explaining is still symptomatic.

Gotcha. Probably my thinking is skewed . I thought that cloud server disabling just meant there wouldn't be a sync backing up the flights. But, to your point, maybe they disabled the function of cumulative flight record display?

Indeed they announce November 7th for Pilot. It wouldn't be the first time they announce a date and don't respect it.
But what is clear is that everything will be deleted, so no chance of seeing anything on the record board.

OK...not sure what I did but now something is showing up. Problem now is the records before October aren't appearing. I have them saved and they are showing up on the drone itself. Any thoughts on how to sync records between the remote and the drone? Or can I copy my downloaded flight records to the controller?
