Since purchasing the DJI OM 4 Gimbal gesture control in Follow mode has been dreadful only working about 10% of the time, can anyone explain if this is normal? Thank you

Thank you for the update on the video. We are sorry on the delay. Could you confirm if you have enable Gesture Control by following the steps below;
Under DJI Mimo app
1) Find and tap the "Gesture Control" icon next to the shutter, and then click "?" to view the detailed usage of specific gestures.

Set the gimbal mode to a mode other than FPV. Enable Gesture Control in DJI Mimo (a palm-shaped icon near the image transmission page edge). When Gesture Control is used, ensure that your head, shoulders and hands are in the screen. Pay special attention to hand movements. Put your fingers upward (Put your entire forearm vertical to the ground for better identification).

I have moved slightly further away and done the gesture next to my face and it seems to be working now, I've just been doing it wrong so I apologise for wasting your time. Sorry.
