Good day,

Can someone help me, I am busy with a solar plant inspection. I am flying for 12 days and everything worked great. This morning when we tried to fly the RTK dos not want to log to any sattelites and it only keeps on givng me "RTK signal to week" error. I have moved the RTK like 5 times even moved it to an open field where there is no solar panals or anything close by but still nothing.

The RTK was working every day up until this morning. Even yesterday everything went good. I have 2 RTK anttenas and i have tried both of them and get the same error with both of them. Have anyone had this problem and do someone now how to fix it?
I have images it is just to big to upload.

How do i look? I have not changed anything. We stopped flying on 4 Nov 2024 time 2:15pm and when we tried to fly this morning 3am (5 Nov 2024) the rtk gave me the error

HEllo! In my own experience ( with custom NTRIP ), sometimes it is doesn't want to receive RTK...so I kill Pilot 2, and try again. It solves it in 60% of the cases.

1st simple check is to push on the place that shows "RTK" and amount of sat received to see the status.
Converging written in yellow-> connection ok, some other problem occur, proceed as AR wrote.
Not connected or something else written in red -> open pilot 2 settings -> RTK -> check IP and credentials

Is there a way i can send you the images of the error? It shows in the rtk settings if i press on the 3 dots that it picks up satellites but when i click on the satellite on the camera screen it shows that it have bad signal and 0 satellites

Unfortunately this a drone antenna failure. Seems like you are good to send it for service.
Try a firmware update / refresh we never know but i dont want to give you false hope.

I got it to work. I plugged the RTK into my computer and refreshed the software with DJI Assistant 2.

Now it works like the days before. Thank you for trying to help

Please try to follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Checking the working states of the RTK module:
Place the aircraft outdoors and ensure that there is no obstruction above. Disable the RTK and check the aircraft’s satellite searching.
If the number of satellites searched is always 0, it implies the RTK antenna is malfunctioning. Try restart the aircraft for more than one time. If the issue persists, please send the aircraft back for testing.
If the RTK antenna is functioning normally as searching satellites normally, please follow the following steps for further troubleshooting.
2. Check the validity of the Network RTK service:
On the RTK Settings page, check the period of validity of the Network RTK service. If it has expired, please purchase it again. If it is valid, please follow the steps below for further troubleshooting.
3. Check the network environment.
If the environment has no network RTK service, it is normal that the Network RTK cannot be used. We recommend using an RTK Mobile Station or finding another area with strong network signal and trying again.
4. Please try to update or refresh the aircraft firmware again using the DJI Assistant 2.
After successful updating, restart the aircraft and see whether it returns to normal.
If the issue persists after the above steps, please keep us updated, thanks.

I think DJI Wanda refers to a RTK network provider service with Network RTK service validity ( = did you pay your subscription )
But here they are using the DJI D-RTK, no?

I think DJI Wanda is just copying and pasting a text that she doesn't understand at all.

Given the confusion in the terms used by the OP, I'm not sure he understands everything either.
