I haven't been back on the forum since early this morning and I just got home so no time difference advantage for me.  I was giving presentations to Advanced Placement Economic classes on the "Legal Aspects of Economics".  Some super smart students in those classes and asking lots of relevant questions.

Which is why I kept my presentation as interesting and as short as possible.  I also wanted to give time for Q&A and I did get a lot of great questions.

Yes it was indeed,  the line is still there and used for some events.   But no over the viaduct it stops just short.

Yes,  strictly only for walk and cycling over now,     Its a pleasant walk too.

It was several meters away from the spill over point when we were there,  and I suspect that would take a lot more rain yet to fill it.

That does sound like it need more wetness then.
