Notes

• Restart the aircraft, remote control device, and goggles after the firmware update is complete.
• Note that the firmware update may reset various flight parameters such as RTH Altitude and Maximum Flight Distance. Before updating, take note of your preferred settings and readjust them after the firmware update is complete.
• If the update fails, restart the aircraft, remote control device, goggles, and the DJI Fly app or DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series), and try again.
  

When can we expect Goggles N3 to actually be available separately for people who already bought the Neo? It's a big shame that the only way to get them is buying another Neo combo. We're used to being treated better than this by DJI.

You absolutely sure they were actually available? Because from what I've seen, they were "out of stock" the moment they appeared on the website, and all resellers only list them as "preorder".

Yes, they absolutely were in stock, I saw them on sale and nearly pulled the tigger but wanted to check out reviews and compatibility after work, at which point out of stock

Could've been a fluke or you thought you saw it in stock but it just "notify me"? Because I haven't seen anyone from anywhere actually say they managed to order goggles separately.

Edit: managed to find one other person who said they were in stock briefly in UK, I guess you're not crazy I really hope we get some stock in EU before Christmas.

Goggles 3 and N3 are your transmitter and receiver.  That is, your Tx. Your controller(FPV RC3, MC3) sends user input to the goggles which then transmit the input to the Avata2.  Guessing you cannot have two transmitters connected to a single drone. From what I understand Goggles 3 uses a wireless connection with another viewer's smartphone. N3 requires a cable. Probably  not a way to link the video feed from one set of goggles to the other. So probably not.

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. The DJI Goggles N3 does not have an HDMI port and does not support direct HDMI input or output. You can use a USB-C to USB-C data cable to connect the USB-C port of the goggles to your phone.

The last analog receiver monitor purchased which featured Steadyview and diversity costed over $100 without any quality antennas(added another ~$50).  ~$50 more for a digital quality image.  JMHO, the second DJI product that is a good value.

No, you need DisplayPort over USB-C in order to use one of those HDMI adapter cables, and none of DJI goggles does that. The way it does video out to DJI Fly via cable is via a custom USB data protocol, so you would need additional hardware in between goggles and your HDMI device, like a Raspberry Pi running CosmoStreamer. Or just stream your phone's screen.

It also features a single 1080p ultra-wide screen with a 54° field of view, reducing the likelihood of dizziness and providing an immersive visual experience.

I could not wait and bought the Neo motion fly more combo even though I already have 2 neos and the goggles 3. I was amazed that the goggles n3 are a far better visual experience than the goggles 3

Where are people buying these? Still nothing at Amazon US/UK and DJI site just has a waitlist.

Hi, newbie here.  I work for a live event company, we are doing an event were we want to have 8 cameras running at once.  I have 8 googles 3 and 8 03 air units mounted to RC trucks, that have the 03 armer chip installed to place 03 units in armed mode.  I seem to be having transmission issues, the mbps drops and changes all over the place from goggle to google.  Goggles are currently set in auto mode.  Is there a way to get the goggles more stable?  Any input would be helpful.

Am unable to download the latest update of DJI Fly App. My version is 1.15.4 when i open the application the pop up shows that new update is available. But am not able to download it. It will show download in progress and it will disappear. But even after waiting for long time its not dowloaded. Next time i open the app it shows again. Please help

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. If the update fails, use DA2 software to update the firmware. try the steps below;
1. Before updating, make sure that the battery level of the device (goggles series or RC series) is over 50%;
2. Do not power off the device during the updating, do not perform other operations; do not disconnect the network or disconnect the data cable during the update process, otherwise the update may fail;
3. Restart the device and try the firmware update operation several times
4. It is recommended to try different network (such as Wifi, hotspot)
5. If the APP/Internet method cannot be successfully updated, it is recommended to use the DA2 software to update. During the update process, ensure that the connection cable is stable and do not perform other operations during the update process.
6.If the updating still fails after the above methods have been used, please follow the below situation;
Please provide:
*[screenshot of update failure report ], [DA2 upgrade LOG ], [Goggles log or RC with built-in screen log]

Currently, the DJI Goggles N3 are compatible with the DJI Avata 2 and DJI Neo and must be used with either the DJI RC Motion 3 or the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3.

Your RC-N3 functions as your transmitter(Tx). The MC3 and FPV RC3 transmit inputs to the Goggles 3 or N3 which function as your transmitter. 2T4R antenna (2 transmission, 4 receiving) are built into the Goggles3 and N3.  Unsure if your RC-N3 has 2T4R system.  It's sort of like DJI's version of diversity. System can select the best quality signal or signals transmit and/or receive.  

Technically you are FPV (first person view) with your RC-N3 if using your attached smart phone as a monitor screen. IIRC, right now  the Goggle3, N3, RC-N3, and RC2 are the Txs that are compatible with the Neo.  04 video transmission tech.  

Is there any update on when we receive the firm update for the goggles 3 to use on the air 3
