Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, the DJI Goggles N3 are not compatible with the DJI RC 2. The DJI Neo can only be paired with the DJI Goggles N3 using either the DJI RC Motion 3 or the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3.

So during a firmware update there I seen they were adding googles N3 support in the update but it doesnt seem to be the case unfortunatly. It would have been nice.

Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.

The latest firmware update for the DJI Neo includes support for the DJI Goggles N3, enhancing live view stabilization when paired with either the DJI Goggles N3 or DJI Goggles 3. As DJI Natalia stated, the DJI Goggles N3 are designed to work with the DJI Neo and require the use of either the DJI RC Motion 3 or the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3.

Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.

This is a standard feature. It indicates that the Neo is capable of being connected to goggles, although it is currently not connected to any. Hope this helps!

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.

Then how come this Youtuber was able to connect the goggles 3 to the mini 4 pro using the same controller? I would assume that the neo would be able to do the same thing???

Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.

To operate the DJI Neo with DJI Goggles 3, either the DJI RC Motion 3 or the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 must be used.
