Hi,

I have a Matrice 100 with a Guidance array installed. I am using TB48D and TB47D batteries. The system worked perfectly when I tried it out a couple of weeks ago. However, when I tried using it today, I am getting "Battery connection to center board has failed" error in the app.This happens with either battery.

Few observations:
1) The batteries are fully charged and discharge at normal rate.
2) I am able to use the Guidance SDK and extract the sensor data and left/right/depth images.
3) The big light on the rear of the Matrice is constant red.

Please let me know what to do next or if you need any additional information.

Please check the data cable connection between the battery and the central board. You can provide the problem details and pictures to dev@dji.com.
