It’s been delivered now, but it has caused me a world of pain. When I ordered it, we were visiting my mother, 90 miles from where we live. The delivery date fell inline with while we were there, but due to being despatched a day late, and delivery being between 5-6pm, we had left there (had an important appointment at home). So tomorrow, I will have to do a 180 mile round trip to collect it, as I can’t expect my 87 year old mother to take it to a post office.
I have many DJI products ; Osmo Action 3, DJI mic adapter, DJI lav mic, Osmo Action 4, and Dji Neo. I have done reviews of them on my YouTube channel, and have answered many questions. I know for definite that many people have bought DJI products, following my reviews. I love DJI products, but the customer service needs sorting out.
I normally buy from a retailer, but thought I would try buying direct, well unfortunately I think that will be the last time I do.Order number was 0444618580811
