After seeing the 360  already cleared the FCC and with the threat of 60-100% tariffs starting in January I would have thought DJI would have felt some sense of urgency to get the 360 released.

Reddit rumors had it being released prior to Thanksgiving but as you know that turned out to be the Mini Mic instead.

Which is funny as Id not seen any rumours for the Mic mini, and completely missed the fact that orginaldobo showed it on video by mistake.

Sounds like something originaldobo would do.  

Anyone had issues connecting to the receiver via bluetooth? It wont pair, just works via usb-C

Hello, lovely video. Could you confirm that this works for the Action 4?  Can you change the NC level setting from the camera when connected thru  DJI OsmoAudio™ Direct Connection on Action 4?

It seems really good value if you dont need to connect an external mic to the mic

The only downside I can think of right now is that it does not record internally. So if the connection is somehow having issues, you're screwed.

Against clipping.
But from my understanding the real problem is not the clipping of the signal, but the clipping from the low SPL of the mics itself (both Mic 2 and Mic).
So you can still end up with clipping even though you set the gain low.
It's common with these small mics btw, but I noticed in one of the wind demos.

I thought the main point with the 32bit audio was that you didnt need to set a gain until after the recording is made.

Yes.
But.
The mic itself (the physical thing) has a maximum sound pressure it can handle.
And with Mic 2 and Mic they are quite low, so you can still get distortion if your sound is too loud.
With some mics I had, this even happens at loud speaking levels. Not sure if the DJI Mics are that sensitive.
And, unfortunately, you can't do anything about it, other than either putting something 'over' the mic (which also reduces the clarity) or putting the mic somewhere further away.
Which is not always possible or enough.

Thats very true,   I wonder then why they make such a big deal about the float audio.

(and it does help in some situations, mainly with high dynamic range).
