My lifelong obsession with flying things,That led me to read about thanksgiving. Roughly sixty years ago my home was in an English pub called the Barley Mow in Warrington. I can remember a man trying to sell blimp balloons outside and would constantly peer out the little leaded windows fascinated by the airship blimp toy dancing around on a piece of string leading me to mess around with flying things my whole life. So this morning I started googling around to see the age of my old home (pub) it turns out it was Established in 1561, The Barley Mow Warrington. The search results also led me to the Washington post and the history of thanksgiving The Pilgrims celebrated the first Thanksgiving in 1621 some 60 years after where I lived was established to give thanks for their successful harvest and to celebrate their peace treaty with the Wampanoag people. This made me really think how quickly in time America / Canada turned in to world leaders. Any way I am not interested in politics and stuff, but just wish to say happy Thanksgiving Day. jonboy
