have the mini3pro, and want to buy the Mini 4k as 2nd drone, but I want to use the nicer mini3pro controller. Is it compatible? Found many tables in the internet, but non adressing the min 4k.

I know that mini 4k is based in the SE, but as resolution is improved, I also hoped for another improvement like being able to use the fantastic RC controller with screen. Would never buy anything relying on a smartphone.

Good to know for when I'm upgrading!

That’s too bad. This is strictly a money grab for DJI. Beginners should have a remote that isn’t tethered to a smartphone. The weight alone is a horrible user experience.

I have a mini 4k pro and a mini 4k , It would be nice if the mini 4 k could use the Rc2 . I’m sure it could be done with a firmware update. Just saying

Could there be a possibility of an update to the drones to support the RC controller protocol?
