Is there any way to prevent the drone from "stopping" when taking photos while its in motion? For example, when I am yawing or panning, and I take a photos, it would stutter, and stop for the photo. I want and need it to take a photo no matter what kind of moves its doing. Do you have to step up to the Mavics to do that because my Mavic 2 Pro has a "lock gimbal when capture" option that you can toggle on and off and it would behave how you want it, for instance doing panning shots of vehicles driving by without a stutter that ruins the clarity of the vehicle.

Do you have the same issue when flying outdoors too?

It happens outdoors and indoors. Everywhere.

Interesting. Never tried this myself. I'm always making sure I don't move when I take stills.

I don’t take many photos but trying capture while moving may cause some motion blur with a camera which has a rolling shutter. The Mavic 2 Pro has a mechanical shutter. Maybe DJI has set it up this way due to the cameras ability or lack there of. It may not be why but just a thought. Enjoy.

Except that all DJI drones have always been able to shoot stills while flying.

Flying yes, not when rotating the drone just as when shooting Panos. The drone needs to stop in order to capture the photo otherwise it would be blurred. Even when using Dronelink and utilizing the Pano function the drone needs to always stop briefly. Litchi as well.
