I have tried everything recommended and the internal storage is still nearly full. See attached. When I connect to a computer I find ALL the storage is being used in one folder. It's something like dji.fly.5.... but I don't know which folders can be emptied.

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Please switch the storage location from internal storage to an external SD card on DJI RC 2. DJI RC 2 supports caching video and downloading original footage of the video to an external microSD card (DJI RC 2 firmware v02.00.0300 has added support for saving screenshots and recordings in the microSD card mounted on the remote controller). Setting path: DJI Fly - Profile - Settings - Storage. Users can select "Migrate Data to new storage" based on their needs.
