Hello DJI Team,
I am posting here out of frustration and as a last resort to get my issue resolved.
I purchased a DJI Mini 3 Fly More Combo (DJI RC), along with propeller guards and a microSD card on 11.11.2024. Unfortunately, your carrier, DHL, delivered the order to the wrong address. After contacting DHL, they admitted their mistake and provided me with a request ID for DJI to follow up and investigate the matter.
Since that day, I have been repeatedly told by DJI customer service that the issue is still “under investigation.” It has now been almost a month, and I still have no resolution or update on when I can expect my order.
This situation has been extremely disappointing. I urgently needed the drone, and the lack of progress and communication has made this experience far worse. I have always trusted DJI for its quality and service, but this incident has shaken that trust.
I am hoping that by bringing this to the forum, someone from DJI can expedite the resolution process. If my order cannot be fulfilled soon, I believe a replacement or full refund is the least that can be done.
I appreciate any help or guidance on this matter, as the delay and lack of accountability have been truly frustrating.
