my gimbal keeps shaking suddenly.. and always go into gimbal protection.  Have tried everything suggested in the forum.  How can I repair it?

We recommend upgrading to the latest firmware version to address the issue. If the problem persists after the update, please let us know.

1. Connect your Osmo Pocket 3 to the DJI Mimo app for a firmware update.
2. If new firmware is available, you will be notified by the DJI Mimo app.
3. Update the firmware according to the on-screen instructions.
4. Ensure that the battery level of the camera is over 15% before updating the firmware.
5. The update process takes approximately 2 minutes.

May we confirm if you checked the firmware update through DJI Mimo APP?
If not, please connect Osmo Pocket 3 to the DJI Mimo app for a firmware update. If new firmware is available, you will be notified by DJI Mimo. Yes there is no firmware to update.  And gimbal is still shaking!!! Of we dont resolve this. I write to the magazines and other forums to let others know about this problem with osmo pocket.
And by the way i waited for a week and u guys havent even bothered to reply.

Your this platform doesnt allow me to upload the video.  Why is dji so lousy?  This gadget cost so much and doesnt work.  It keeps going to gimbal correction or calibration mode.  Basiclly the software has gone crazy.  And I checked its the lastesr firmware

I must really raise a big issue here.  If not i will write to all press telling how inefficient DJI is.  Regarding the gimble issue, i brought the osmo pocket 3 to singapore service centre on 20 dec to repair.  Until now they are still telling me the courier has not reached Hong kong and hence cant tell me whats the status!  Hullo!! Thats 3 weeks plus and im left with no device.  Is that how dji does things????

Im not too sure as in what u meant by quote provided by 20 jan.  So thats exactly a month before we decide whether to proceed with repair?  I think this is kind of unreasonable considering the time lost in use of the device.
