My power station was overloaded, a group of errors appeared (30,31,32,33,34,62), rebooting did not help, now I'm waiting a couple of hours for another attempt. Most error codes indicate overheating of the cells. How it was used: usually 99% of the time the load was charging phones and 2 PCs, this is about 400 watts at peak.
During such a load, it suddenly de-energized all devices and intermittent sound began.
Unfortunately, the support service does not work in my region.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be and what to do?

I am having similar issues as well, I have (2) of the Power 1000's that I am trying to use to be a battery backup for 2 computers.

I typically have a load of no more than 700watts and it will end up going into overheat mode and shutting down. I have done all the firmware updates and attempted to chat with support who has been useless so far.

I would NOT recommend these products for UPS mode, it does not last.

Maybe someone will find this useful..
After 12 hours off, I turned it on. Connected the power supply from the network and no sounds or errors. The battery charge indicators began to rise from ~10 to 78 in about 2 hours, then I disconnected the power supply from the network and a quick reverse process began to about 32% charge. I
started charging again and parallelly turned on the hair dryer, no problems.
Then I disconnected the charger and connected the maximum number of devices to each slot, creating a consumption of about 2150.. Discharged the battery to 15% without any problems.
Turned off and waited about 3 hours, then charged to 100%. 2 days passed, the station worked in UPS mode with 2 PCs and a 3D printer connected, the maximum consumption peaked at 1400... no problems, but suddenly there was a failure and everything repeated itself. (at the time of the failure, the consumption was about 180 watts).
Tomorrow I will repeat this procedure..
I can’t figure out what the matter is!?
Maybe the station really can’t work stably in UPS mode..
Thank you for your answer!

I didn't find such a code in the error description from DJI.

Error 62 isn't listed on their page so I'm unsure.

I will start a new thread on my issue, I don't want to take away from your issue.

The unit was plugged into a standard US wall outlet and had no devices or other plugs connected to it. It was sitting at full capacity when it unexpectedly started beeping and displayed the following error codes:

ERR 62 OVERLOAD
ERR 41 OVERLOAD
ERR 34 OVERLOAD
ERR 33 OVERLOAD
ERR 32 OVERLOAD
ERR 31 OVERLOAD
ERR 30 OVERLOAD
The room temperature was approximately 70°F, so I don’t believe heat was a contributing factor.

Since no devices were connected to the unit, I’m unsure why it’s reporting overload errors. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on how to address this?
