I noticed, in spotlight and POI mode, with still objects, when tracking box change to geolock box, the aircraft (moving it sideways) has a little jerky movement…after this everything looks fine...is this normal?
It’s usually better to move the drone a little so the tracking changes to Geo before starting to record but as Suren suggests a video example would be worth posting for comment.

that is exactly what I do, wait until the icon changes to the Geo pin.
I would try a Gimbal calibration. When you select the house, are you flying the drone in Cine Mode? If you do a full circle with the subject selected, does it retain the subject in frame or does it lose it?
Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Please proceed to the troubleshooting check before for this issue;
1. Check whether the aircraft has been collided. If the gimbal becomes shaky after collision, please send it back to DJI for diagnosis.
2.What is the ambient temperature during this flight? If it is too low, the gimbal may twitch. Please avoid flying your drone at an ambient temperature lower than -10°C.
3. Before powering on the drone, please remove the gimbal clamp and protector. You also need to peel off the protection sticker for a first-time use. This is to avoid the gimbal motor from getting stuck, causing gimbal shaking.
4.Please make sure that the gimbal is in Follow mode. If it is set to FPV mode, the gimbal view will be tilted when the aircraft tilts.
5. Please check whether the wind was strong in the flight environment. If the wind is too strong, the aircraft will vibrate, resulting in the image transmission screen being shaky. We recommend that you test the gimbal in a windless or breezy environment.
6. Have you ever adjusted the EXP value of the aircraft? EXP refers to the drone's exponential. The higher the EXP value, the higher the aircraft response sensitivity, indicating that the aircraft will respond flexibly to small stick movement. If you have ever adjusted the EXP value, please go to [Control -> Gain & Expo Tuning] in the app, reset the parameters, and then test the aircraft again.
7. As the final step, please perform gimbal calibration in the app. Using with DJI Fly: [Settings -> Control -> Gimbal Calibration]. Using with DJI GO 4: [General Settings -> Gimbal Settings -> Gimbal Auto Calibration].
After the above troubleshooting steps have been tried, it is preliminarily determined that the issue is caused by a hardware error. Please apply for an Online Repair Request and send the aircraft back to DJI for further diagnosis.
My MA2 which I’ve had for over 4 years does the same thing. Air3 as well. I let the aircraft get to the speed I want and when steady and smooth I record. I believe this is normal since it’s always been this way. It doesn’t change the way I use my drones so I see it as no big deal. Just my thoughts. Enjoy.

Gimbal calibrated...no changes. The sample is in Cine but in Normal I have the same result. In a full circle, after the little initial jerk, everything is fine. Thank you

I do the same thing. So maybe it's normal. Thank you

I will evaluate what to do after the Christmas holidays. Thank you.
The entire video is worth viewing, but regarding your issue, as mentioned above, it seems normal behaviour
