I ordered a Mini 3 directly from the website. It has been on hold at JFK since December 4. It doesn’t say anything about customs delay. It says Next Step: The shipment will be processed in the next planned cycle.

Customs nor DHL has not gotten in touch with me yet if they anything additional info or something. And DHL is absolutely USELESS when I tried contacting them. I already got in touch with DJI support on reddit, but just today there account is inactive or removed.

Appreciate your thoughts and help.

Mine has been sitting in Atlanta since Monday so I’m hoping it will be processed quickly I guess if it’s more than a week and a half I will request my money back and buy a different brand. I have ordered through DJI before and had my order delivered in four days. It seems DHL wants nothing to do with giving any more information other than it can take a while.
