Looks like the tractors back wheels are slipping - bet the seagulls made for a challenging flight - great video

It's always fascinating to see these machines in action,  and you get so close to the action.  

Despite the wind and the influx of gulls the footage turned out great.

I think it originated in the harbor of Rotterdam (where they started calling them inspectors)
