I just found out that Litchi app does not support mini 4K because of missing SDK.
I've read that DJI is Committed to bring a better user experience to it's users so why don't they release SDK?
I love photography and want to use Waypoints for light painting and this can only be done using the Litchi app.

I think the (real) reason is that SDK can open different futures for 3th party vendors what is sometimes not within the rule. I know that a lot of forum users really want to have it but….in a lot of cases (not all) they want open functions that are not allowed/possible within the DJI FLY app.

I agree that in waypoint-modus Litchi is still ahead of the DJI FLY app. (Like: real altitude above the ground, POI with gimbal adjustments as focus point, missions stored in the cloud - so shared over different devices, curves are possible in different angels etc…).

So DJI developers try Litchi and copy the nice extra’s :-))

Litchy app with the way points would make my job so much better. I basically use my mini4k  for security associated tasks and fly to the exact locations each night to scan the terrain for signs of unauthorized trespassing. Oh well,I suppose my Skydio 2+ will be logging many hours of flight time this winter.

DJI, 3 months have gone by, and nothing has been done to this regard.

Seems you don't take all user feedback so seriously in the end.

We, your userbase, require the Mini 4K to be in the SDK, to be able to use it with third party apps.

If you haven't been able to do it, seems like you are incompetent, or want to force us to pay way more for getting the more expensive option drones....

The thing here is that the Mini 2 (same Mini 4K drone) has its SDK released. DJI what are you waiting for?
