Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear about your difficulties in connecting your NEO to the DJI Fly App on your Galaxy S24 Ultra. Please kindly follow the troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
1. Make sure Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and location services are enabled on the smartphone. Some Android phones allow you to set Wi-Fi permissions separately for different apps. Please check the Wi-Fi permission settings for the DJI Fly App on your smartphone and ensure the permission is enabled.
2. Navigate to your phone's settings -> WLAN -> locate the DJI NEO Wi-Fi -> long press on DJI NEO Wi-Fi and select "forget network." Afterwards, please reconnect to the Wi-Fi for testing.
3. Enable “Fixed 2.4 GHz” in the QuickTransfer Band settings by following the path: Enter DJI Fly - Profile - Settings - QuickTransfer Band - Fixed 2.4 GHz.
4. Restart both your smartphone and the DJI Neo.
5. If you have a remote controller, connect the aircraft to the RC and change the Wi-Fi name in the DJI Fly App, then test again. After changing the Wi-Fi name on the DJI Neo, restart it.
6. Ensure that both the firmware of the DJI Neo and the DJI Fly App are up to date.
We hope these steps help resolve the issue.
Thank you once again for your patience and understanding. |
