Hi @ DJI . But i think this topic will be helpfull for the rest of the users. And i think not just for Power1000 users .
This topic is some kind of scream . Becuase dji support extremmely doesnt want to hear due to not typical situation .
I need gave some explanaition in more details . I have places order to external 2kW battery for power 1000 in the day it was released in the store .and was marked as in Stock . on 29.11.2024 ,also the oreder for fast 1Kw car charger and one more POwer1000 was placed . I was ready to have some delay in the shipping , due to holidays ,and its new product , etc . it was ordered just as a reserve for my Power1000 station . After couple of days of shipping waiting i had contacted to support , and get answer about delay and promises that it will be delivered later . Ok . Atleast i get the notification that my order will be shipped in partial way , i think that its regular thing for DJI . After that i got the nonification from UPS that my Power 1000 on its way . I recieve it in two days . Ok , status for this part of order was also changed to delivered . In a week i have got one more notification from UPS that Power Dongle that was a gift to that set is on its way to. And as expected i got it in two days . The same situation with the status in that part of the order , marked as Delivered . ok . And in a couple days starts the final oprder part shipping process . Ive got notification from DJI that Fast 1 kW charger and 2 Kw ext battery are ready for shipping . They provide me with ONE its important, because a wierd thins already started, ONLY ONE tracking number . Ive got the notification from UPS that i should wait for TWO parcels and they will be delivered shortly . Im thinking why its two numbers , and DJI provide only one, but after i check the weight i got clear with then . first -3.8 kg - it should be charger and 20 kgs should be battery itself . Ok. Last friday, yes LAST , almost WEEK AGO courier delivered ONLY ONE parcel . The parcel under the tracking number provided with DJI and it was 3.8 kg only fast charger . After questions to UPS about the second one - they explain that it was stuck in SENDERS country and have problems with hasardous materials labeling and sender (DJI ) should provide the details . As you already can guess , on DJI account its no marked as DELIVERED successfuly because the tracking number was realy delivered . And thats all . Nobody care about that . every morning since LAST friday im writing the support to resolve that situation . and every morning first answer im getting that i have no problem and it is marked as a delivered , and each time i need explain it with screenshots and links what problem is in . And only promices to be forwarded to relevant team . But still up to now nobody doesnt want to resolve the mistake (i guess it was just a mistake, nothing more ?) made by DJI . And no other information wasnt provided , no explanation at all .
The main goal i want to share with is be very, extremmelly attentive with participating of your orders due to such thing can happen to every customer. Also i want to show , how non typical problems can blow up all positive service in just a one case . Im also keeping my fingers crossed for resolving situation of DToxs PowerStation which he shows the problem , real problem long time ago .
What happened with DJI customers care ?
Sorry for to much letters , but im sure that to resolve the problem of the system - this problem can not be silent .
