I purchased Light Bridge 1 system.
This system is operating USB out.
However Ground Stations mini HDMI out is do not working.
When USB and mini HDMI concurrent connect, both did not working, but when unplugged mini HDMI, USB out was working.
mini HDMI did not working connect alone .


How can I do? Is it Initial defect?
If, it is Initial defect, How can you be assured of the After Service?

Hi, which monitor are you using? please make sure that your hdmi cable and monitor work, you can connect them to a camera to check it.
and there is an option in app that allowed the lb to output usb and hdmi at same time, by default, only hdmi output when you connect both hdmi and usb. please try to enable this option to see what will happen.
