Bonjour, mon mini 3 pro a pris une branche enneigée en vol latéral puis est tombé dans la neige. Après l'avoir débarrasé de la neige et mis au chaud contre moi, j'ai pu faire un live track sans problème. De retour chez moi, impossible de décoller avec les vérifications à faire. Différents messages d'erreurs apparaissent tel que :
- initialisation de l'IMU. Récupération des données de l'IMU (code: 3006)
- Erreur capteur. Redémarrer l'appareil (code: 30037)
- Des pièces de l'appareil sont manquantes. Des réparations sont nécessaires. Contacter le service client DJI pour obtenir de l'aide (code: 30166)
- Initialisatiin de l'IMU. Récupération des données de l'IMU (code: 30067)
- L'appareil n'est pas en vol. Systèmes optiques et évitements d'obstacles désactivés (code: 180059)

J'ai refait plusieurs étannolage de l'IMU, appairage de l'appareil et recentrage nacelle. Par contre, je n'arrive pas à faire la mise à jour du firmware de l'appareil et la base de données FLYSAFE.

Y a-t-il d'autres moyens que de passer par le SAV? Merci

If so, the aircraft will disable vision sensors when it is on the ground to reduce power consumption. When the aircraft takes off, all vision sensors will be enabled.
For your information, If the vision sensor is still unavailable after takeoff, please confirm that the current flight mode is not under the "S" mode. If it is in other flight modes, please make sure that the APAS function is normally turned on. Secondly, you also need to check whether the flying environment is well-lit, because if the environment light is too dark, it will cause the sensor not to work. It is recommended to test again in the daytime (with sufficient brightness). If there are still problems, you can provide a screen recording video in an environment with sufficient brightness for us to further check.

By the way, since you mentioned you cannot update the aircraft firmware and the FLYSAFE database, may I know is there any error message shows? Looking forward to your updates, and we will be here at your service!

Bonjour, le message s'est affiché l'appareil au sol, il est également affiché le prenant à la main.
Le décollage est impossible, le mode N est activé. le logo "capteurs optiques" est affiché en rouge et mentionne "normal" (la fois précédente "faible").
Pour les mises à jour, je ne trouve pas de message en particulier si ce n'est qu'il me faut une connexion réseau requise. Je vous fait une vidéo de l'écran.

Thank you for providing the information. We kindly recommend updating your drone's firmware using either the DJI Fly App or DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series). Here are the steps for each method:

Updating via DJI Fly App:
1. Power on the drone and remote controller. After the drone is connected to the app, tap Update when the app displays a prompt indicating that there is new firmware available.
2. During the download, keep the mobile device network connected and the app will automatically download the firmware.
3. After the firmware is downloaded, tap Update to start updating the firmware. When the progress bar is completed, the firmware is updated successfully. Then the drone will restart automatically.
Please do not power off your drone or exit the app during the update process.

Updating via DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series):
1. Power on the drone, insert a USB cable on the side of the drone and connect it to a computer.
2. Launch DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series), log in with your DJI account, and click the device shown under CONNECTED DEVICES.
3. Wait for the software interface to load the drone firmware list, and click UPGRADE.
4. After the upgrade is completed, the drone will automatically restart.

après la mise à jour via DJI Assistant 2, il me restait le code 30106 "pièces manquantes". J'ai fait la mise à jour IMU et les codes 30066, 30037, 30067, 180059 sont revenus. Je n'ai donc pas pu démarrer l'appareil pour faire la mise à jour du compas.
