is it possible to broadcast live stream from GOGGLES 3 to GOGGLES 3N and vice versa ?

Since the transmission solutions for DJI Goggles 3/DJI Goggles N3 are different, they currently do not support sharing video transmission images in viewer mode. We recommend using a Type-C wired connection with the DJI Fly App to share the video transmission images.
