I did 2 live streams this week using mobile hotspot and noticed that there´s not many option to choose from 480, 720HD and 1080UHD.
1080UHD (smooth) quality is super good it sends average bitrate 12mbit/s peaking at 30mbit/s but for streaming that is not good because many viewers dont have that good internet.
Made the test streams for twitch, the 30mbit/s was too much for desktop app and for browser stream worked only for people with good internet.

Second stream i did with 720HD (smooth)  average bitrate was 2.5mbit/s peaking at 6mbit/s, on both occasion i used rocksteady+ it worked the same in both streams, not best performance from RS+ but somewhat ok

Battery usage was identical: 0.6% for each minute and so was audio bitrate too

Im bit dissapointed for the poor RS+ on 720HD because the 1080UHD was so good quality with good bitrate (unsmooth RS+) and then 6 times lower bitrate and lower resolution it could only give the same. When im recording my runs using RS+ it works really well but for streams it´s not so good
