What does the word "USA" written on my P3P box means, while it came from HK?
Is it for any technical specification?

Well I would guess that it's for the us market.   As in has a us plug for the charger and instructions in English.

Its the ones the NSA have tapped into.

Only joking ( maybe ).. It will be stock designated to a particular country..

I would like to see some stock designated to Nigeria else my p3p might one morning decide to fly of to the USA

The shape of that particular logo is very reminiscent of the logo one sees when a manufacturer gives you the option of ordering from their Hong Kong (or China) warehouse or their U.S.A. warehouse.

Banggood.com has that kind of logo on tons of their advertisements.
