I recently received an email informing me that my DJI Care Refresh plan for the DJI Air 2S is about to expire and that I have the option to extend it for another year. However, since I cannot find it in stock at partner stores, my only option is to purchase it from DJI’s official website. Unfortunately, Romania is not a selectable country in the shipping process.
Could somebody please advise me on what options I have in this case?

The DJI Online store website does not have some EU countries that can be selected, you can select any non-UK country in the EU region to purchase a service plan. When purchasing the service plan, please make sure the payment currency is shown as EUR.

Hi, just following up on this thread as it is the only one I found about renewal. I just got a mini 4 pro, and I still need to buy the care refresh. If I get the 1 year care refresh, can I then once expired renew it? if yes for how long?

Hi Ventu, thank you for your comment. If DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) is purchased at the first time, DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) can be renewed twice.
