Hi,
just got my AVATA 2 but upon activation, with GOGGLE N3, got the DRONE VERSION TOO EARLY error
after some research, managed to activate and update firmware through DJI ASSISTANT on the computer

after that = all working fine

my Q is that in my DJI FLY app/DEVICE MANAGEMENT, the AVATA 2 doesn't apeear
what to do ?

Im having the same problem but Assistant 2 isnt picking up my Avata 2 either.

In the goggles N3 i get the “Version too early” so ive been unable to connect or update.

My goggles and motion controller are connected and updated alongside my Neo.

May I suggest try using a different cable...
Is the DJI ASSISTANT 2 detecting your NEO /controller with the same cable?
Even if it does, as silly as it sounds, I found that cable X works with this device and won't work with that device, while cable Y could give a different result.
Just my 2 cents

Got it working now thank you. I tried a different cable and completely reinstalled the DJI assistant 2.
