Hello. I recently went out flying and filmed a QuickShot which worked as expected, but when I went to edit it in the DJI Fly App, the usual option to 'Create QuickShots' wasn't there. Instead, it was replaced by 'AI QuickShots'. This new system seems strange because it leads you to the DJI Editor, where the original QuickShot editor was nowhere to be found. Pressing on AI QuickShots led you to this: Here is a screenshot I have of the original QuickShots button: Is there still a way to use the old QuickShots editor? It would be a shame if not because I have been using it for many different videos and was quite iconic with the music. Thanks (reposted from another forum section)

Thank you for the feedback. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below. After each troubleshooting step, please check whether the issue has been resolved:

1. For drones without internal storage, check whether a microSD card has been inserted.

2. Check whether the flight mode/remote controller mode is P mode and whether the signal is strong.

3.  Check whether the vertical takeoff height is over 2 m.

4. Check whether you selected the target and tapped Start.

5. Check whether the lighting conditions are good and whether there are obstacles around the subject. If the light is insufficient or there are obstacles around, there might be a calculation error due to the visual element of the target distance. As such, the DJI Fly app will not be able to stitch Quickshots videos. When the light is sufficient and there are no obstacles around the target, keep an ample flight distance to prevent the influence of visual elements.

6. Check whether the mobile phone is compatible with the DJI Fly app.

7. Refresh the aircraft firmware version and see if it is valid.

Hi Diana, thanks for the tips. I have reviewed each tip:

1. A microSD card was inserted during flight.
2. Signal during flight was good and QuickShot was captured as expected.
3. Max flight height was about 35m.
4. Target was selected and QuickShot was filmed.
5. Lighting conditions were very good, and there were no obstacles in the way. Drone flew above the tree line all the time.
6. Phone was compatible with DJI Fly (iPhone 13)
7. Aircraft firmware is currently up to date.

I have tried to create QuickShots through the original editor just now, but it still comes up with AI QuickShots. Can you please advise? Thanks.

I personally never use the app to edit the quickshots, but it looks like they change the editor in a FW update.

Yeah I get that you can edit the QuickShots yourself in another editor, but it's the music and effect which I'm after. That was in the original DJI QuickShot editor and now it seems to be gone...

Is there any update on this please DJI?

You can do that by going to Edit More once you are in the Create Quickshots. You can further enter the Edit mode to edit the music etc. by clicking Edit and the Edit More in the next screen.
Steps:
Click on Create [AI] Quickshots
Then click on Edit More icon below the player (exactly below the video length time)
Then click on the Edit icon (scissors icon) on the bottom toolbar
Then click on the Edit More icon below the player (on the right below the time)
